When you make an enquiry, Fur&Fields may collect the contact, dog, health, behaviour and appointment information you provide. This information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, arrange safe grooming and maintain necessary appointment records.
How information is used
Information is used only for enquiry handling, appointment administration, safety and client communication. It is not sold. Grooming information is not a substitute for veterinary records or advice.
Data retention
Enquiry information will be retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above and any applicable legal or insurance requirements. A final retention schedule must be confirmed by the business before launch.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information is held, request a correction, or ask for deletion where there is no lawful reason to retain it. Photography permission can be declined or withdrawn for future use.
